These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Pedi N Nails Milton. By booking, purchasing, or receiving services, clients agree to the following terms.

1. Services and Scope

• Services offered: Manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, polish applications, nail repairs, retail products, and related beauty services.

• Service details: Duration, pricing, and descriptions are available in-salon and on the salon website. Quoted times are estimates and may vary.

2. Bookings and Reservations

• Walk-ins welcome: Appointments are not required but recommended to secure preferred time slots.

• Individual bookings: No deposit or credit card is required.

• Group bookings: Groups of 4 or more require a non-refundable $100 deposit. This deposit is credited at checkout if the group attends as scheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

• Service pricing: All services are charged at posted prices at the time of service. Prices may change without notice.

• Taxes: Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be added to all charges.

• Disposable tool fee: A $1 fee per client per visit applies for single-use tools and is itemized on the bill.

• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods are posted in-salon.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Individual cancellations: Courtesy cancellations are appreciated. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

• Group cancellations: Deposits are forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Health, Safety, and Incident Reporting

• Client disclosure: Clients must inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, recent surgeries, prosthetics, or skin conditions that may affect service safety.

• Sanitation: All reusable tools are sterilized according to salon protocols. Single-use items are discarded after use.

• Accident reporting: Any injury or incident must be reported immediately to reception. Failure to report at the time may affect any related claims.

6. Service Guarantee and Repairs

• Regular polish disclaimer: Regular nail polish is not guaranteed. A complimentary touch-up is offered if the issue is reported within 24 hours. Clients must email a photo and proof of service to info@pedinnailsmilton.ca.

• 3-day warranty: For all other nail services, a free repair is offered for defects reported within 3 days. Clients must submit a photo and receipt or appointment confirmation to info@pedinnailsmilton.ca.

• Warranty void conditions: The guarantee is void if nails are:• Serviced or altered by another salon

• Bitten, picked, or tampered with

• Exposed to harsh chemicals or cleaning agents

• After 3 days: Repairs requested after the 3-day period are charged at a discounted rate, at the salon’s discretion.

• No refunds: All services are final and non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to inspect and approve their nails before leaving.

7. Refusal of Service and Client Conduct

Pedi N Nails Milton reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who:

• Exhibits abusive, threatening, or violent behavior

• Uses discriminatory or harassing language

• Repeatedly uses vulgar or offensive language after warning

• Appears intoxicated or impaired

• Fails to follow salon policies or staff instructions

• Presents contagious conditions or open wounds

Consequences: Service may be partially or fully charged. Future bookings may require prepayment or be restricted.

8. Liability, Photography, and Personal Items

• Liability: The salon’s liability for injury, reaction, or property damage is limited to the amount paid for the service, unless prohibited by law.

• Photography: Finished services may be photographed for quality control or marketing. No personal identifiers will be included without consent.

• Personal items: Clients are responsible for their belongings. The salon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

9. Gift Cards, Privacy, and Records

• Gift cards: Subject to posted redemption rules. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless required by law.

• Privacy: Client information is used for appointment reminders and communications and stored in accordance with privacy laws.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

• Policy updates: Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version posted in-salon or online applies.

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
