These Terms and Conditions govern services provided by Pedi N Nails Milton. These Terms apply to all clients, bookings, walk‑ins, group reservations, and purchases at the salon.

• Services provided: manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, polish applications, nail repairs, retail products, and related beauty services.

• Appointments: Appointments are not required; walk‑ins are welcome. Appointments are recommended to secure a preferred time slot.
• Individual bookings: No credit card or deposit is required to book a single appointment.
• Group bookings: Groups of more than 3 people require a non‑refundable deposit of $100 to hold the reservation. The deposit will be applied to the final bill and reimbursed (credited) at checkout, provided the group attends as scheduled; the salon may retain the deposit for no‑shows or late cancellations per the Cancellation policy below.

• Prices: All services are charged at posted prices at the time of service. Prices may change without notice.
• Taxes: Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be added to all service and product charges.
• Disposable tool fee: A $1 disposable tools fee will be added per client per visit and itemized on the bill.
• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods are posted in‑salon.

• Individual cancellations: Reasonable courtesy to cancel or reschedule is appreciated. Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may result in booking restrictions.
• Group cancellations: For group reservations requiring a deposit, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Disclosure: Clients must disclose allergies, medical conditions, medications, recent surgeries, prosthetics, or skin conditions that may affect service safety or results.
• Sanitation: Single‑use implements are disposed of after use; reusable tools are cleaned and sterilized according to salon protocols.
• Cuts and accidents: All cuts, injuries or other accidents must be reported immediately to reception so the incident can be documented. Failure to report an incident at the time it occurs may affect any claim related to the incident.

• 7-day free fix guarantee: Pedi N Nails Milton offers a free repair or correction for service defects reported within 7 days of the original service date. The client must present proof of service (appointment confirmation or receipt) where possible.
• After 7 days: Repairs requested after the 7‑day period will be charged at a discounted rate; pricing is at the salon’s discretion.

• Right to refuse: Pedi N Nails Milton reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to any client who: 
  • Exhibits abusive, threatening, aggressive, or violent behaviour toward staff, other clients, or property.
  • Uses discriminatory language or engages in harassment based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality or any protected characteristic.
  • Uses foul, vulgar, obscene, or persistently offensive language after a verbal warning.
  • Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an extent that impairs safe service.
  • Fails to follow posted salon policies or reasonable staff instructions.
  • Presents contagious conditions, untreated infections, open wounds, or active skin conditions that pose a health risk.
• Consequences: When service is refused or discontinued under this section, the salon may charge a portion or the full fee for the scheduled service and may require prepayment or impose future booking restrictions. The salon is not liable for alternate service costs or consequential losses.

• Liability limitation: Liability for personal injury, infection, allergic reaction, or property damage is limited to amounts paid for the specific service, except where such limits are prohibited by law.
• Photographs: The salon may photograph finished services for quality control and marketing. Photos will not include identifying personal information without client consent.
• Personal items: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Pedi N Nails Milton is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the salon.

• Gift cards: Subject to redemption rules posted in‑salon. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless required by law.
• Privacy: Client contact information collected for bookings and records will be used for appointment reminders and communications and stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

• Amendments: Pedi N Nails Milton may update these Terms at any time; the posted in‑salon or website version will apply to future bookings.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
