Late cancellations:
We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. If, for whatever reason, you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior (or, if the booking was made on the same day – at least 3 hours prior). Appointments cancelled without a notice will incur a fee of $20. Thank you for understanding !
Late arrivals:
We greatly appreciate our clients being on time, as only then we can provide all of our guests with the quality of service we are committed to. However, we understand that unforeseen incidents do occur and therefore, we ask our clients to let us know as soon as possible if they’re going to be late. The service may need to be adjusted to fit a shorter time frame.
NO-SHOWS:
Our nail salon is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one customer fails to show up without giving notice, they prevent another client from booking an appointment. This is why we have a no-show policy that imposes a fee valued at 20% of the entire cost of the missed service.
SERVICE GUARANTEES & REFUNDS:
Our team prides itself on providing exceptional services. We strive for full customer satisfaction and therefore, if you are dissatisfied with our treatments, please notify us within 48 hours. We are committed to providing you with a fix or a correction (corrections are usually accommodated within 3 days from the initial service – unfortunately, we do not honour corrections if you reschedule beyond this time). A fault on our side will result in a redo but not refund.
NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE
In the event you chip your nails within three days after lacquering (four days for gel polish), please report this with a photo to info@pedinnailsmilton.ca and we will offer you a free touch-up on the effected nails within 3 days. Outside this period there will be a small fee, please refer to price list.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Groups of 5 or more will require a 50% deposit made via etransfer. An invoice will be sent for the booking and once the deposit is settled the booking will be made. We will require 48 hours in order to change or cancel the booking and deposits are calculated according to each treatment.
REFUNDS
All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.
LOST PROPERTY
We ask clients to look after their property while at Pedi N Nails Milton as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended. Please note bag clips are available for use.
HEALTH HISTORY:
We always prioritise health, safety and the comfort of our clients. Therefore, we ask you to notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
The safety and comfort of our clients is our highest priority and we don’t support inappropriate behaviour. Cases of verbal or physical aggression, harassment or assault will result in service refusal.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
We are happy to proclaim that our nail salon is pet-friendly. To ensure the safety of our guests, we ask clients who want to bring their pets along to ensure that their friend is clean and flea free, vaccinated, house-trained and docile towards other people. The pet cannot be left unsupervised, and cannot touch other people’s beverages and belongings. The pet owner takes full responsibility for the pet’s behaviour and will be obliged to clean after it, as well as pay for any possible damage.
To ensure all our customers have a pleasant experience, we ask our clients to restrain themselves from bringing food and drinks that have a strong odour.
DISPOSABLE ITEMS:
We charge $1.00 for disposable items, which include a Nail file, buffer, pedicure Liner, razor, cuticle pusher, and any other disposable items.
